Health Insurance enrollment & waivers are available the following dates and must be completed by the deadline for the semester/session that you are enrolled:


Spring Session II - Atlanta - Begins Feb 14, 2020 and closes Mar 20, 2020


Summer 2020 - Macon/Atlanta - Begins Mar 24, 2020 and closes Jun 5, 2020

 

Due to the current COVID 19 outbreak, Effective March 13 through May 15, 2020, Mercer University will waive the Mercer Student Health Center Referral Requirement for all services. Additionally, all student cost-sharing (copayments, deductible and coinsurance) will be waived for FDA Approved COVID 19 Testing including the Place of Service (Office Visit, Urgent Care or Emergency Room) and paid at 100% of Allowable Charges at both in-network and out of network providers through December 31, 2020
 

Finally, all COVID and non-COVID related treatments will be subject to regular plan provisions. If you have any additional questions, please contact Core Management Resources Group, Inc at 1-888-741-2673.


First Time Visitors: All students must first create a new user name and password by clicking “Register” in the upper right-hand corner.
 
Enroll in the Student Insurance: From the Student Home page, click the button “Login to My Account”. Click “Begin Enrollment Process” to enroll and print your insurance card.
 
Waive the Student Insurance: Click the button “Begin Waiver Process” to provide your proof of insurance. Please print a copy of your waiver confirmation for your records. You will not receive an email confirming your waiver. Please allow 5 business days for the insurance credit to post to your ledger under My Mercer/Manage My Account.
